Fishy Tote made with Embellisher

...the design on this tote is an original made with my EMBELLISHER...I used one of those canvas bags that had advertising on the front panel...good sturdy canvas fabric...I cut the side seams so I could work flat on it....I had wanted to try "applique" with the needle-punching/felting machine...I used a felt base....cut some fish motifs from cotton fabric and punched them down..and than punched down a variety of fibers ect....when I was finished I sewed up the sides and had an instant tote!!!

I made this ALTERED JEAN BAG/BAGS for a jean bag challenge this past spring....I call it "DENIM PURSE Part 1 & Part 2 .....it was a blast to make!!!!!I used one pair of old jeans and made 2 purses...the front and back is half a pair of jeans....and crazy quilt and embellishments....it's a fun summer bag/bags....

Sew & Sew Denim Jean Tote

I made this jean bag tote for a challenge in a Yahoo group...it was for an over the top jean bag from stash...well, over the top is me alright!!! and stash I got!!!!these were old appliques from the mid-'90's and a huge pair of jeans..(not mine, thank goodness) and I lined it with themed sewing fabric...what fun...pics are front and back and lining....I did sell this fun bag and the new owner loves it.....
